It seems detectives have almost finished compiling evidence in the Lindsay Lohan Standard Hotel scuffle, and apparently they have gathered enough information to charge the hot-tempered Lilo with assault.

One source close to the investigation has said: footage placing Lilo at The Standard hotel the night of the ‘fight,’ Lindsay vehemently denied she had even left her home, claiming she was being a model citizen, watching political drama Homeland.

Womp womp!

And the stupidest part about the whole situation is that ‘victim’ Marisa Dugas doesn’t even plan on suing Linds, she only wants the troubled celeb to apologize and admit responsibility!

Dugas’ attorney insists:

"Marisa Dugas just wants Lindsay Lohan to publicly apologize to her for the assault, and be held responsible for her actions. I can definitively tell you that Marisa has absolutely no plans to sue Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay should be treated just like everyone else and not get any special treatment because she is a celebrity. Lindsay Lohan needs to stop lying about where she really was that night and grow up."

Very true. It is HIGH TIME you stopped being so juvenile Linds... you are not the little girl from The Parent Trap anymore and you’re shenanigans are far from cute!
