Tupac isn't the only long gone musical icon that is miraculously performing again. We just heard that Freddie Mercury is coming back from the grave to the stage too!

Unlike Tupac's recent Coachella collaboration with Snoop Dogg, the legendary frontman of Queen will NOT be seen as a hologram, but rather "an optical illusion." Dr. Dre beat Queen to the punch with the Tupac hologram and explained:

"It's a little unfortunate they did that thing with Tupac as we've been trying to make Freddie appear on the stage for quite a while. The hologram technique is something we've looked at ourselves but I think probably for a show that runs eight shows a week it's not really practical.''

You win some, you lose some. However, the fans of the artists being brought back to life through technology are the REAL winners because that's who this is all really for, right?

We're completely stoked for Freddie to come back and hope that we get a chance to see this "opitcal illusion" in action one day!
