It's been almost five months since Whitney Houston died, but that doesn't mean that her music still doesn't have a soft spot in our hearts.

And not just in our hearts, but in the Shrine Auditorium in El Lay where the entire audience sitting at the BET Awards Sunday night dried their eyes after watching an emotional tribute to the late singer.

Mariah Carey started it off by sharing warm memories of her close friend, which left the singer in tears.

Monica then belted out an emotional rendition of Whitney's gospel tune I Love The Lord, followed by Brandy's rendition of I’m Your Baby Tonight and I Wanna Dance With Somebody.

The most heartbreaking part of the night was when Whitney's mother Cissy Houston performed Bridge Over Troubled Water, which left the entire house in tears, especially Soulja Boy, who just couldn't keep it in . We're right there with ya, buddy....
