John Doe #1 may not have an accusation against John Travolta that will hold up in court, but it sounds like John Doe #2 does!

The second male masseuse who filed a lawsuit against the married actor for sexual harassment on the job may have some pret-ty damning evidence to support his claims!

On top of witnesses and emails that he fired off to his superiors after Travolta "started to grab, rub and caress" his bum-bum, the plaintiff is taking advantage of surveillance footage from the hotel!

A source close to the case explained: provided an alibi that disproves the first plaintiff's claims, he's going to have a much tougher time with the second lawsuit.

It's been confirmed that he was in Atlanta to film a movie during the alleged sexual assault in which he "started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session."

No flight records can come to the rescue in this case! What say you Marty Singer?
