This is INSANE!

As of today, The Avengers has broken the record - previously put in place by Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 - for the largest domestic box office debut...with $200.3 million in THREE days!

Between that and the overseas box office, with has so far made $441.5, the Joss Whedon-directed Super Friends flick has made a worldwide total ofprojected $600 million!

Disney Vice President of Distribution Dave Hollis says:

"It's been a fantastic weekend on every single front."

Uh....YEAH. YA THINK?!

We wonder how long it will take to hit the $1 billion mark!
