Apparently Apple feels differently.

Robert Herskowitz is no happy camper after being double billed for one Adam Lambert song!

Apple-owned iTunes refuses to refund the extra $1.29 it charged him for downloading Lambert’s Grammy-nominated track Whatya Want From Me? but now the company's stinginess might come back to bite them in the asspple.

Robert filed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of all similarly wronged parties and laid out his grievance pretty clearly:this?

He's probably rolling over in his all-white aluminum coffin while the current Powers That Be shrug their shoulders and say Whataya Want From Us?

Maybe they really SHOULD put Ashton Kutcher in charge, LOLz!!
