Looks as though it may very well be the end of the line for Nicollette Sheridan!

The actress had been attempting to secure a re-trial in her wrongful dismissal case against Desperate Housewives and its creator, Marc Cherry, but according to a ruling issued by the California Court of Appeals on Fridaycurious to find out whether or not this will gain some legal traction again or if the case is officially dead in the water!
