While doing a set at Atlantic City's Borgata Resort Saturday night, Russell Brand was rudely interrupted by someone repetitively yelling "Katy Perry".

Russell finally had his fill of the man's mindless yelling and left the stage in search for the culprit!

After turning the house lights up and enlisting the audience's help, Russell ascended upon the mouthy instigator, and REAMED him out for a good three or four minutes.

One deliciously snarky highlight:

"I was hoping that your personality was a result of physical beauty, and then I saw you. I thought, This guy's confident because he's incredibly handsome. But look at you. You look like something that's fallen off the side of a church [likening the man to a gargoyle]. And what is it that you have rattling around in your mind? Some bizarre combination of alcohol and idiocy. Some cocktail of nothing. And yet you have the confidence to continue shouting."

Russell did end his rant by saying he loved the heckler, but obviously the audience member had hit a nerve...
