The day before Beasite Adam Yauch passed away due to cancer complications, the iconic band was sued by Hip-Hop label TufAmerica, who claim the boys - along with Universal Music Group - illegally sampled sounds on their first two career-defining albums Licensed to Ill and Paul’s Boutique.

TufAmerica alleges the Beasties wrongfully neatly, sweat-free and, um, not RIGHT after the death of one of the defendants...

Take some time to grieve boys, this superficial shi* can wait!
